Download a Batch File Template {#batch-files-managing-template-download}

1. To download a batch file template from the `Business Center`:

2. Log in at the `Cybersource` `Business Center`.

3. On the left navigation panel, click Virtual Terminal and Batch Transaction Upload.

   The Batch Transaction Upload page appears.

4. Click Download template.

5. In drop-down menu, select the type of template that you want to download.

The template downloads to your local machine.
