How do I get a test account?

Sign up on the [Sandbox](https://developer.visaacceptance.com/hello-world/sandbox.md "") page. Test accounts are configured for USD currency.

What do I need to know if I am migrating from another Cybersource WooCommerce plugin?
:
Before you install this extension, deactivate the existing plugin. Both plugins use the same underlying SDK, and running both causes conflicts. Note your existing configuration settings, because they are not carried over.

    > This information applies to version 2.0.0 and later of this extension.

    * If merchants saved their payment cards on your `WooCommerce` website, those saved cards remain available to use.
    * You can capture authorizations that took place on the other plugin.
    * You cannot refund transactions that took place on the other plugin. For these transactions, log in to the Visa Acceptance Solutions Business Center and refund the transaction there, and then manually update the order in `WooCommerce`.
    * For transactions marked on hold because of fraud screening review, manually cancel or capture the transaction in the Visa Acceptance Solutions Business Center, and then manually update the order in `WooCommerce`.
    * If you need to roll back for any reason, deactivate the Visa Acceptance Solutions plugin, and then reactivate the other Cybersource plugin.
