Access the POSLink Log on a Test or Debug PAX Terminal {#pax-terminal-access-device-logs-poslink}

Access the POSLink log on a Windows computer to troubleshoot and debug a test or debug PAX terminal.  
Follow these steps to access the POSLink log.

1. Connect the PAX terminal to a Windows computer using the USB cable provided with the terminal. The computer detects the terminal.
2. Open File Explorer.
3. Choose the PAX terminal device folder. The folder name typically includes the terminal model. For example: *920 PRO*.
4. In the device folder, click **Internal storage**.
5. Choose a POSLink log file. The POSLink log file names start with *POSLink* and append the date to the file names in this format: *POSLinkYYYYMMDD*.
