Access the POSLink log on a Windows computer to troubleshoot and debug a test or debug PAX terminal.

Follow these steps to access the POSLink log.

Connect the PAX terminal to a Windows computer using the USB cable provided with the terminal. The computer detects the terminal.

Open

File Explorer

Choose the

A920 PRO

device folder.

Click Internal storage
in the device folder.

Choose a POSLink log file. The POSLink log file names start with POSLink
and append the date to the file names in this format: POSLinkYYYYMMDD
