Merchant-Initiated Credit Voids

A merchant-initiated credit void cancels a credit transaction before settlement has occurred (before the funds are moved from your business account to the customer’s account).

Limitations

You can initiate a credit authorization reversal only for an authorization that has not been captured and settled.
