Migration Prerequisites {#sa-uc-prereqs}

These are the account setup prerequisites for migrating from `Secure Acceptance` to `Unified Checkout`:
* Enable `Unified Checkout` for all merchant IDs.
* Set up API keys for `Unified Checkout`
