Optional Fields for Processing a Sale with Level II Data Using the REST API

APIThese fields are optional in a request for a sale with Level II data:
- orderInformation.amountDetails.discountAmount
- Required for Visa transactions only.
- orderInformation.amountDetails.dutyAmount
- Required for Visa transactions only.
- orderInformation.amountDetails.taxDetails[].rate
- Optional for non-U.S. transactions.
- orderInformation.lineItems[].invoiceNumber
- orderInformation.lineItems[].productCode
- Required for Visa transactions when the total freight amount is >0. Set to one of these values:
- handling_only: Fee that you charge your customer to cover your administrative selling costs.
- shipping_and_handling: Handling portion is the fee that you charge your customer to cover your administrative selling costs. Shipping is the charge for shipping the product to your customer.
- shipping_only: Charge for transporting tangible personal property from your location to your customer. You must maintain documentation that clearly establishes the location where the title to the property passed from you to your customer.
- orderInformation.lineItems[].unitPrice
- Required for Visa transactions when the total freight amount is >0.
- orderInformation.shippingDetails.shipFromPostalCode
