Description

A defect that causes portfolio accounts that were migrated to the new Visa Acceptance Platform merchant boarding system from the legacy platform to see incorrect information in the Merchant Details page is fixed. Products were sometimes displayed as failed despite being successful and usable.

Audience

All users for portfolios that migrated to the Visa Acceptance Platform from the legacy boarding platform.

Benefit

The product statuses for migrated merchants are now accurate.
