Description: The
status
object in API responses sometimes returns a numerical three-digit HTTP status code instead of a text description.
Audience: Users of the REST API.
Technical Details: None.
Workaround: None.

Description: When an Administrator user is created using an emailed registration link, the user account is created but does not have the correct permissions because the user is not assigned to the Administrator role.
Audience: Account administrators in the Business Center.
Technical Details: None.
Workaround: Assign the user account to the Administrator role manually.

Description: Merchants using the production environment might encounter an error while trying to install the new Cybersource app on the Shopify platform if they previously connected their store to Cybersource in the test environment.
Audience: Shopify merchants who use the Cybersource app.
Technical Details: If merchants previously installed the Cybersource app in the test environment for the same shop, they might see this error message: Error: An unexpected error occurred while onboarding

Description: When PayPal sends a compliance violation response, merchants receive an ESYSTEM 150
error a Processor Decline 23X, where X is another number.
Audience: Merchants who accept PayPal as a payment type.
Technical Details: None.
Workaround: None.

Description: Some merchant-initiated and card-on-file transactions that use Mastercard, Discover, or Diners card, and are processed through a Visa Platform Connect gateway, are failing due to an invalid network token ID.
Audience: Merchants who implement the MIT/COF framework with network token technical details. These details can be API field names or values, error messages, or any other technical details.
Technical Details: The error message for the transaction failures is:; auth_rflag=DINVALIDDATA; auth_rmsg=The field is invalid: subsequent_auth_transaction_id; ics_decision_reason_code=102

Description: PIN Debit transactions on the VPN gateway are displaying a status of CANCELLED after they have been successfully processed.
Audience: Merchants using PIN Debit on VPC.
Technical Details: None.
Workaround: None.

Description: When a merchant using a Business Center account that is not subscribed to any report clicks the Available Reports link, they receive the error Internal Server Error
. The error message is incorrect and can be ignored.
Audience: Global.
Technical Details: None.
Workaround: None.

Description: When a Decision Manager user in the Business Center does not have a time zone configured, Decision Manager custom profiles will not load.
Audience: Users of Decision Manager Custom Profiles.
Technical Details: None.
Workaround: Until this issue is fixed, you must add a time zone in the Area/Location section in order to use custom profiles.
